The Rappahannock Valley Football Officials Association is led by a committed group of individuals who support the development, organization, and success of our officiating community. Each member of our executive team plays a vital role in maintaining high standards, coordinating operations, and ensuring a strong future for football officiating in our region.
EXECUTIVE TEAM MEMBERS
Commissioner - Chris Kennedy
Chris Kennedy is the lead of the board and he assigns all the games to be worked by the officials of the association he also negotiates contracts between the association and the member schools.
Trainer - Alex Balian
The Trainer is responsible for overseeing the education and development of all officials within the association.
Alex Balian serves as the Trainer for RVFOA, bringing a strong background in football officiating and a passion for education. With years of on-field experience, Alex Balian leads training programs, organizes instructional sessions, and ensures officials stay current with rules and mechanics. Their commitment to continuous improvement helps officials build confidence and perform at a high level throughout the season.
Treasurer - Mark Priebe
Mark Priebe serves as the Treasurer of RVFOA, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and recordkeeping for the association. With a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, Mark Priebe ensures that all financial processes run smoothly. Their work supports the association’s ability to provide training, resources, and opportunities for its members.
Secretary - Nate Bonds
The Secretary handles communication, documentation, and administrative coordination for the association.
